Sizzle Stack opened its doors in June 2026 at 3585 S. Fort Apache Road #204, bringing a new smashburger concept to the community.

The restaurant is operated by the same brother duo behind Chewy Boba. It began as a successful pop-up before the owners secured a permanent location. The menu features patties ground in-house from brisket. The fries are cooked in beef tallow, and the house sauce is prepared daily.

The signature Sizzle Stack burger costs $10. It is served on a soft bun with lacy-edged patties. Customers can customize the sandwich with toppings such as truffle aioli, Swiss cheese, pickles, and onions.

Smash and Slice has been operating since 2024. Founded by Tony Lee, the family-run business serves both burgers and pizza. The patty is cooked on a hot griddle to create crisp, caramelized edges while remaining juicy inside.

The classic single burger is priced at $10 and includes specialty smash sauce, onions, and pickles. Diners can add bacon, jalapeños, tomato, and a fried egg. The restaurant recently opened a second location at 6085 S. Fort Apache Road #180. Its original location remains at 9845 S. Maryland Parkway.

Redhead Burger has joined the Venetian’s Grand Canal Shoppes in Las Vegas. The brand was founded in 2019 by two brothers and their father. The restaurant uses fresh, never-frozen beef and serves hand-cut Cajun fries alongside thick milkshakes.

The menu includes the Hangover Burger, which is priced at $24. This sandwich contains double beef, American cheese, a fried egg, tater tots, bacon, and house-made sauce.
