Grand Prix Plaza will open its doors again Jan. 8, 2027, adding Kids Karts, an F1-themed indoor playground, and three private event spaces to its lineup of attractions. F1 X, F1 DRIVE, F1 HUB, F1 SIMULATORS, and Fuel & Fork will all return.
Kids Karts will be limited to drivers at least 48 inches tall. They will run as part of Family Sprint Sessions, which let younger drivers race alongside adults in karts set to a lower speed. An indoor playground will sit inside the F1 DRIVE attraction for younger visitors. Packages, pricing, and scheduling for Kids Karts will be announced later.
F1 DRIVE will come back with its existing track layout. Updates include new functionality to make overtaking easier and updated steering wheels across the adult kart fleet. A new F1-inspired Cool Down Room will provide a space to unwind after driving.
Grand Prix Plaza will also add three private event spaces. The Boardroom, on the third floor, will hold up to 50 people, with a boardroom table for executive meetings of up to 20 guests. The space will carry Formula 1 memorabilia from F1 Authentics, including show cars, racing suits, and helmets. F1 SIMULATORS and a Pit Stop Challenge will be available for corporate team-building. The Circuit Suite will serve groups of about 10 to 30 people, with two F1 SIMULATORS, televisions, and furnishings. The Podium Suite will accommodate up to 40 people for birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and other private celebrations.
Fuel & Fork will return for the 2027 season with a refreshed menu and seasonal offerings throughout the year. Tickets for the 2027 season will go on sale in the coming weeks. People can sign up at grandprixplaza.com for reopening updates, information, and offers, and details about experiences and private event bookings are also available there.
"Grand Prix Plaza is more than a gateway to F1; it is a year-round commitment to the Las Vegas community," said Brendan Dolby, vice president of commercial for Las Vegas Grand Prix Inc.
